Bear with us as the Client OS documentation comes together 🚧. This site will be updated throughout 2024 as we progress through each section, with updates after that being geared towards changes in the insurance regulation landscape and routine improvements.

Client OS is Redline Health's operating system. It's a client first approach to get your agency working for clients. Client OS makes information easier to understand. Expectations are clear and communicated early. Processes are easy to maintain at a high service level and repeatable for agents on the front line.

We really need to give a big shoutout to Finsweet! These guys are amazing (please don't send us a cease & desist for our "client first" wording here and there 😅). Finsweet's team has been an inspiration to us, both in the quality of their work and a dedication to open sourcing their tools to the development community at large. We hope to contribute a "client first" approach of our own to the insurance agent community. If even one agent is able to improve their client education process, we will consider that a success!

We have been incredibly blessed with talented agents and a drive to always improve our business. Over the past two decades, we have iterated, altered, and completely overhauled our education process to provide our clients with the information they need to make informed health care decisions.
